Have you ever purchased produce that you forgot about and ended up having to throw away? Try using a refrigerator list to prevent that scenario from occurring again.

When you get home from the grocery store or local farmers market, wash and store your produce. Then make a list of the produce you purchased and post it on the refrigerator. Also, note next to each ingredient how you are planning to utilize it during the week. This will be a reminder of what you have purchased to help you remember to use it during the week.
