Creating the Life You've Imagined

Daily Journal Ideas
Take some time each morning to create a plan for your day. Then sit quietly and visualize yourself accomplishing what you've set out to do. Feel deeply the gratitude you have for the blessings in your life. Repeat the affirmation you've set for the day. Sit in the stillness and remember there is peace in every moment if you choose it. Remind yourself throughout the day to take some long, deep breaths and return to this state of tranquility.
