Andrea Chinn-Parillo

Andrea is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. She also holds a Master's degree in Psychology and works as a software engineer for a local software company. After starting a yoga practice, Andrea became more aware of how her body was responding to food and exercise and the benefits of eating well. This growing passion for nutrition and healthy living led her to study nutrition at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan. Juggling the demands of family and career, she is committed to finding practical and creative ways to eat and live well.
